Return & Refund Policy
All products are non-refundable. However, customer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the product in the following circumstances:
- Product has not been received by Buyer
- Received a damaged or defective product
- Received product that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. favor, size, etc.)
To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, customer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to company in the condition received by customer on delivery. We will recommend customer to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.
To initiate a return and request for refund, please email enquiry@nestural.com.my, or call us at +6018-3884126. Provided you contact us within 3 days of product is received. When contacting us, please have your invoice number available.
The approval of your request for refund and return will be made by Nestural in its sole discretion. Customer acknowledges and agrees that company’s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against company or its affiliates in relation to such decision.
Delivery Policy
- Our product delivery is from Mondays to Friday, except for public holidays, unless stated otherwise.
- Nestural principle is order today, and deliver on the next day for ordering. If order is received after 2:00pm, it will be considered orders of next business day.
Example: Order received on Tuesday 1:00pm, product will be delivered on Wednesday.
Order received on Friday 2:30pm, product will be delivered on upcoming Tuesday. - If you have an urgent reservation, you need to contact our customer service for notification, please call +6018-3884126 for further arrangement.
- Although our team always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, Nestural cannot be held responsible if a delivery is late due to unavailability of the delivery service that we use or anything else outside of Nestural‘s control.
- Nestural only delivers within West Malaysia at this moment. We can deliver to any address within stated region. In the event of a non-delivery, please contact us at +6018-3884126.
- If you need to change your address, please contact us at +6018-3884126 by next day before 2:00pm and provide the updated address details to ensure that no deliveries are sent to the wrong address. We will not be able to issue a refund for incorrect locations that cannot be notified in advance, or for the interruption of logistics due to the filling of wrong address.
- We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
